Rotherham United are delighted to have signed an agreement with Ticketmaster to see them become our official Ticketing Partners.
The globally-recognised ticketing providers joined the Millers ahead of 2024/25 Season Ticket sales being launched on Wednesday 15th May 2024 in a move that we believe will simplify and modernise our ticketing experience for supporters attending matches – both at AESSEAL New York Stadium and when following their team on the road.
The deal will incorporate a brand new ticketing website powered by Ticketmaster which fans will be able to navigate easily, while the Millers will introduce digital Season Tickets for the first time with the support of our Ticketing Partners.
In a club-first move, supporters will be able to ‘carry’ their 2024/25 Season Tickets on their mobile phone or smart device and enter via the turnstiles using the same contactless method they would in the supermarket in a move that we believe will not only heighten convenience for fans, but also reduce queuing times at the turnstiles on matchdays.
Fear not though, the introduction of Ticketmaster will not spell the end for supporters wishing to have a physical Season Ticket Card.
As always, they will be available on request at the application stage of purchasing your 2024/25 Season Ticket.

They are at the forefront of ticketing for globally-recognised music artists and sporting events and have a long and successful track record of handling the ticketing operation for some of the world’s biggest names across a number of sectors.

The club has been working alongside Ticketmaster to collate a list of Frequently Asked Questions for supporters, which will be publicised in the coming days to aid Millers fans with the transitioning process to the new ticketing platform.
All supporters will receive direct communication by email on how to activate their brand new ticketing account with Rotherham United in order to secure their seat in advance of Season Tickets going on sale.
